Orchids symbolize love, resilience, and strength—qualities that remind me of my grandpa. This was his favorite flower. He bravely fought cancer, never letting it dim his spirit. Though he passed in 2021, his quiet courage and steady presence still guide me. Like orchids, he bloomed despite the odds.

You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us, as long as it is returned unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. Refunds exclude packing and shipping charges.
We can not accept returns and exchanges for the following cases:
- Pierced earring purchases due to health regulations
- Items purchased on sale

Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 CAD is charged for returns shipped US and Canada.These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
