You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us, as long as it is returned unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. Refunds exclude packing and shipping charges.
We can not accept returns and exchanges for the following cases:

• Pierced earring purchases due to health regulations
• Items purchased on sale

In order to return your product, please notify us through our contact page we will then email with instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 CAD is charged for returns shipped US and Canada.These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

We want you to love your jewelry for a long time—so every piece comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers:

Tarnishing or fading of plating

Breakage from normal use

Loose or detached components

What’s not covered:

Lost or stolen items

Damage from water, perfumes, or rough handling

Wear and tear from extended or improper use

If something happens, just reach out with your order number and a photo—we’ll do our best to repair, replace, or offer a fair solution. 💛 Because when we say handmade with love, we mean it.
