You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us, as long as it is returned unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. Refunds exclude packing and shipping charges.
We can not accept returns and exchanges for the following cases:

Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 CAD is charged for returns shipped US and Canada.These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
